Dream On! Materials & Textures
As part of the exploration leading up to the creation of material to be used in the Dream On! performance at the Bute Hall, we often met with members of other courses and institutions to find ways of tying everything together. As part of that, I borrowed some of the materials that the Fashion & Textile students from the Glasgow School of Art had chosen for the creation of costumes. One evening, I set up a small photo studio in our little back room, and tried to find interesting textures, and look at the ebbs and flows of the materials.
